owned by a preferred customer and processed by Wellington Technologies.
What is included?
The extended warranty will cover replacement of any defective ATM component for the length of the warranty term.
24/7 Help Desk support for installation of replacement components.
Box for shipping; just use the box the replacement component came in.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
Any component that has been vandalized.
Acts of God; e.g. lightning strikes the ATM.
Shipping. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs between Wellington Technologies and the ATM location.
Customer will be billed the amount WTI is charged…we receive a discount because of our shipping volume!
What payment methods are available?
– Month-to-month warranty dues will be auto-deducted from your settlement account, for your convenience.
– Two and three year warranties can easily be paid by credit card.
